Yep. Hey, of he wakes up and gets it no one will be happier than me. Ron frustrates me to no end with some stuff, but I really do think he's a damn good guy and I'd really like to for him to ultimately prove to be a great head coach.

Yeah, well said.  I think RR has several great qualities, guys like playing for him, obviously knows his stuff when it comes to defense, and is undoubtedly a great guy.  His biggest weaknesses stem from a lack of adaptability imo.

At coaches breakfast here in ARI, RR on all the replay discussions: “We have to find a solution to what happened to New Orleans.”

No we don't.

Bad calls happen. They always have and they always will. We don't need to change a rule every time something like this occurs.

This is just plain common sense. It amazes me that it's a revelation to Ron to try to actually exploit match up problems and not just force the ball to someone no matter what.

Actually he is trying to explain basic concepts to the average fan watching. It is hardly Earth shattering to him but is it to alot of the fans that keep talking about needing a number 1 receiver. That certainly has been discussed in this forum several times. After all he said they had the same thing in San Diego with Norv when he was there a decade ago.
