I think the defense could keep it close for much of the game (within two touchdowns), but unless the offense ends up being spectacular, this is going to go Arizona's way.

Of course being optimistic, we definitely have a shot at winning. If there is a change at quarterback during the week, I think it would actually be a great thing for us, as far the Card's gameplan. They gameplan for Delhomme, which really you don't have to really gameplan for, but with a switch up, they would probably just forget about our passing game. I'm a Delhomme fan, but if Moore gets a start we could win this game not based on performance, but based on the Cards gameplan. We all have seen Moore play pretty good football back in 07, and I thought he played well in the preseason. I'm just worried about our DB's. We could really get exposed this week. Fitz is probably going to embarass us on multiple occasions, I don't know about the others.

If Delhomme gets the start - loss 17-35

If Moore gets the start - possible win/loss around 28-24 or something around that margin. I just hope Kasay shows up this week if we can keep things close.

I think the Cards can score about 21 points on our defense. We can score about 13 on their defense with Jake at QB. This will be Jake's last game starting for us imo, so it should be interesting to see Moore for the rest of the season.

now it's just a matter of helping the 49ers rebuild their team

Man, I hate to say this, but I believe we are walking into a butt-whooping of epic proportions.

Anyone watched the Cards play? I believe they may be stronger this year than they were last. The running game is better, the defense is hitting stride, and the passing game is Desert Storm II.

We'll be lucky to keep them under 36 points. And we'll be lucky with 14.

Part of me thinks that the Cardinals will absolutely dominate us.

Another part of me thinks that if we can just play some mistake-free football, mainly on offense and special teams, that we'll at least have a shot.

I have no doubt in my mind that we are going to win this game. It's the NFL, anything can happen. The defense is playing unbelievable right now and I think DT will have a huge game on the ground. We just need Delhomme not to suck too bad, he can suck, but if he throws a td, I think we win.
