Norv has been a treat to watch at close range. He coaches with great detail. There’s always an emphasis on tempo. He’s kind of a legend in this era—aiming for another ring more than 25 years after his Dallas days.

I honestly didn't know if he and Cam were going to be a happy marriage or not but after seeing how our offense looked in the first half of the year last season I feel pretty confident that of Cam's shoulder is good to go our offense is going to be pretty damn good.

With Grier your not even really giving yourself a shot at a starter.. you picked him as insurance..Most of the league is still looking at starters in the 3rd round. It's very rare you see one just end up cut or a flat out bust.

There were a few really good options for us in 2018. Last year they got goosed by Little (I hope he works out) and honestly I understand the Grier pick. It was when we took Gaulden that we should have made a better choice. I understand the draft this year, just as important positions. It’s not wanting all pros at every spot unrealistic thinking, it’s more not reaching for a guy who’s athletic profile gives him no room for error to be effective in the NFL.

Gaulden was a late third rounder and Huddlers need to keep this in perspective because folks here act like Ronnie Lott was available in the third round.  Panthers are all about the front seven and don't put a high value on safeties and the Reid signing was very surprising and probably a bit of a desperation move.

He already seemed to have improved his technique last year.  I know he probably has to fight his instincts when he has actual 300 lb d linemen bearing down on him.    Too damn bad it took so long to get a competent qb coach and OC in here.  Should have been working on this stuff early in his career as well as fielding a more complete o line.

Couldn’t agree more. What a damn good football player. Few deserve a ring more than this guy.
