CHARLOTTE - The Panthers have claimed center John Yarbrough off waivers (Cleveland), and placed tackle Dillon Gordon on injured reserve (shoulder).

Yarbrough was signed as an undrafted free agent by Cleveland at the start of training camp and waived on Friday.

A four-year player at the University of Richmond, Yarbrough played in 39 career games with 28 starts. A 2018 All-CAA second-team selection, Yarbrough helped protect for an offense that threw for 2,906 yards and 15 touchdowns, while rushing for 1,206 yards. He’s a native of Homewood, Ala.

Larsen did get knocked on his arse during the Bears game.  Some competition and a wake up call, perhaps?  Maybe he was getting too comfy thinking he had the backup center spot on lock down.

I guess Larsen May need to recover after that abysmal performance at Chicago.  

I thought Dillion was a good candidate for the PS.  But I think they are pretty high on Greene.
