Can race car drivers sign a waiver to avoid wearing seatbelts?

Well.... Dale Earnhardt used an illegally modified seatbelt that seemed to pass every NASCAR inspection known to man, and look where it got him.

Then NASCAR blackballed the equipment manufacturer, who had nothing to do with the illegal modification, to gain a scapegoat and save Earnhardt's name.

I legit dreamed last night that it was the night of my fantasy draft and, for some reason, Jon Gruden was in my league.

Things went downhill pretty fast from there. Not only did we eliminate keepers, preventing me from keeping CMC, but some unknown chick Saints fan drafted him #2 overall before I could. Then, Gruden picked third and picked AB. I laughed hard at him because of the bust AB is gonna be with the Raiders this year. My pick was the last of the round, and I ended up getting Kamara and then Cam on the next pick. Cam walked into the room and was giving me props for having faith in him, his shoulder, and the Panthers.

Then, later, the third round rolls around and Gruden picks the Raiders defense, in the third round! Me and Cam had a good hard laugh about that.

OSHA does not regulate sports dumbass. Also AB helmet passed OSHA standards at the factory level. Nice try but you lose.

"The specific helmet Brown has worn throughout his entire career, a Schutt AiR Advantage, is no longer certified because it is older than 10 years. The National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment does not certify equipment older than 10 years."

SO no his helmet did not pass the test.

Just because something is older than 10 years shouldn't automatically disqualify it from use. If there's other reasons, by all means not certify it, but age of design really shouldn't be the criteria.
