Firing up the deep fryer for the first time this season. Wife says I can only use it on Sunday’s during football season no more than 8 Sunday’s including the playoffs. Week 1 is the obvious first choice.

Boneless and bone-in chicken wings, curly fries, with celery and carrots on the side, homemade ranch and blue cheese....and lots of cheap beer. Let’s do this.

We have one, just doesn’t do meat the same. French fries are great in the air fryer though

Nope, I’m low-budget... $80 brinkmann electric smoker from Home Depot... I got a legit side smoker but didn’t feel like watching it all night so I cheated with the electric...it was my 1st smoker, more than10yrs old now. I prefer to smoke with wood/charcoal on the side jammy but took the easy route for this one...
