My boy has taken up an interest in cooking & it's a school night, so it's gonna be simple with wings, seitan bites for the vegans, peach-fire & spicy garlic teriyaki for the sauces, carrot sticks, celery, baked beans, beer, Baker's Bourbon.

He's taking the lead on the seitan, so we've got to start as soon as he gets home from school.

Well, we are playing the Bucs...so there will be some rum in involved....maybe a smoked pork loin?

Usually I eat what ever residuals remain after cooking for my clients, but not today. 

After work I'm coming home driving to the bad part of town behind the bus stop there is a little shop with a crude hole cut out of the side wall, where they sling some Mexican style street food, some of the best Lingua and Cabeza tacos you can find without driving to SO-CAL. 

Wash it down with a few Bohemia Mexican lagers.  (+ its unseasonable hot here today 90 on the coast BOO YA

16lbs of Boston Butt on the new pellet smoker.  Throw in some grilling beans and enough beer to drown a fish, just in case things start going sideways.

Smoked a 10 lb'er just before the storm hit, 230 for 13 hours smoked over Apple...it was awesome.

Those look really good.
