As someone mentioned before they sell them at the Stadium on gameday, but you can also head down to the Nike store on Regent street and they have an NFL shop in there.

You can order on https://europe.nflshop.com/stores/nfl/en and pick up your jersey at the stadium. I’m just going to get my Smitty one out of retirement!
