Intentionally left games off to fit my narrative did I? Lol okay. He has two 100 yard games in the last 25 games he’s played. How’s that? Less biased for you? xD

For the record, it has nothing to do with his off field issues. I’m a full on supporter of legalization and a recreational user myself. However, I get really annoyed with fans who hear a name that was once relevant 5-6 years ago and immediately say “wow we are stupid for not signing him!”

100 yards is not a litmus test. Whether you agree or not, 1000 yards in a season is the litmus test, or ~67 yards per game.

Nobody said we were "stupid" for not signing him. That's hyperbole. At the end of the day, nobody really expected us to sign him if we're being honest. Would it have helped us to sign him? No one will ever know. And that's pretty much the bottom line.

LOL and this is exactly the delusion I’m talking about. Gordon hasn’t eclipsed 100 yards once this season. He had one single 100 yard game last season.

In 3 years he’s had two games with 100 yards. That is... actually bang average.

He’s been irrelevant since 2013 and people still act as though he’s Randy Moss.

But he did avg 18 yards per catch in 2018 which means he is a deep threat. Something the Panthers cant seem to ever get outside of one year(2015).

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
