Curtis - body catcher and can’t get open - Samuel

He is complete trash. All the hype around him in camp. This dude was drafted over a handful of receivers that are out performing him. His hands are trash. Body catches everything. Same result every time we go to him: ball hits the ground. Samuel always running his routes 2-4 yards short. If he plays as hard as he dances, he would be a top 5 WR.

According to the Cam nut huggers he's always open but Kyle can't get the ball to him.

You talking about towards the end of the game on the underthrown deep ball to DJ?

i think it was in the first half, but not sure, Allen threw deep for Samuel and it was way underthrown and Samuel had to stop and turn around and try to snag it with his body against the DB being allowed to catch up because of the underthrow. that same scenario has happened probably 6 times this season.

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
