Will you say that about allen as well? If you say allen is trash I will consider to your idea.

Allen is trash. A reason why 32 teams passed up on in 7 rounds. We need to draft a qb in the 1st round. Now, Samuel is complete trash. No reason he should’ve been drafted in the 2nd round. Always thought he was a running back coming out of OSU. Moore can play with trash Kyle Allen. If Samuel was actually a wr he should be able to but he’s complete trash. Now I want to hear you say Samuel is complete trash

I think it's much to early to say samuel is trash. If you acknowledge Allen sucks and Cam hasn't been healthy how can we say Samuel issues aren't tied to each of those two? If both are struggling to throw the deep ball which is Samuel's bread and butter how can we make a accurate assessment of his skill. That said even with those issues he has more touchdowns than moore an get open in the red zone more frequently than all of our receivers.

What's a noticable missing element of samuel this season is those reverses he was housing all last season. Clearly run after the catch is his thing and I haven't seen much of a effort to get the ball in his hands as much as moore who is being forcr feed screens and so on. Samuel could ultimately disappoint as Wr but, he scores at a frequency that tells me he can make big plays. He deserves to be in the league. If that's at Wr or Rb, scat back or gaget player is debatable.

I just think it's hard to see if the bullet Is bad if the rifle is broken as well if you know what I'm saying.

He needs to go be a returner full time. That’s the only way he will last in the nfl if he can find a way to be a returner. He suck as a wr. Should not be brought back.

i think he could go somewhere like KC and thrive. Reid knows how to scheme open his wide receivers.

But Norm is out there having them run early nineties stick routes and defenders are just mauling him and taking him out of the play, or he cuts off his routes and is running those shallow crosses five yards short of where he needs to be.

Never should have drafted a dude that let himself get fingered on national television.

He is complete trash. All the hype around him in camp. This dude was drafted over a handful of receivers that are out performing him. His hands are trash. Body catches everything. Same result every time we go to him: ball hits the ground. Samuel always running his routes 2-4 yards short. If he plays as hard as he dances, he would be a top 5 WR.

I noticed he doesn’t seem to know where the 1st Down marker is and always comes up short.  I also feel he isn’t aggressive enough to come back and attack the ball.

    • Link to article Seven players mentioned are... ILB Mark Robinson (PIT) - 2022 seventh round pick that was a core special teams player and was productive in the final preseason game vs. CAR (3 TKLs, 1 FF, 1 FR). Undersized at 5'11" 235 lbs.  CB O'Donnell Fortune (NYG) - UDFA rookie out of South Carolina (and a Sumter native). 6'1", 185lbs frame fits the Panthers' preference for long and lanky CBs. Panthers' evaluators got a lot of time with him during the Shrine Bowl, his pro day, and the combine. CB Damarri Mathis (DEN) - 2022 fourth-round pick that played for Evero his rookie season at 5'11" 195lbs both inside and outside. Did well under Evero (16 games, 11 starts, 65 TKLs, 7 PBUs) but slid down the depth chart after he left. Started just seven of 27 games the last two seasons. DB Dean Clark (NYJ) - Fresno State UDFA with good size (6'1" 205lbs) and preseason production (5 TKLs, 1 INT, 2 PBUs) that can also play special teams. The Panthers have claimed a player from the Jets in each of the past two seasons (having also played the Jets both times in preseason though). OLB Brennan Jackson (LAR) - 2024 fifth-rounder that notched three sacks in the preseason. Played special teams and rotated in on defense that could potentially be an upgrade from DJ Johnson. DB Beau Brade (BAL) - 2024 UDFA that appeared in 11 games and played 70% of the special teams snaps. Has the size (6'0" 209lbs) that the team covets at safety. K Ben Sauls (PIT) - 24yrs old and went four-for-four against Carolina in preseason. Made 21 of 24 FGs during his final college season at Pitt.
