While Kittle is a top TE, I'm not sure if he'd have the same level of success if he was in an offense like we have (had?) with Turner.

George Kittle has been the top target by the 49ers the last two years. In 2018 he had 70 more targets than the next player. Do you really think he’d have more targets than CMC, Moore, Samuel and Olsen?
