This pains me to say, but at this point in Olsen's career, I think Greg needs to hang it up.  He still may put up decent stats for another season or two, but looking at the list of injuries he's racked up over the past few seasons and now what seems to be a pretty serious concussion, I think he needs to consider his health after football.   We all know he'll land a gig in a commentators both while allowing Ian to get a serious look as the #1 and freeing up some serious cap space in what seems to be a full-blown rebuild.

Greg Olsen is different though. It sucks seeing his Panthers career end this way.

Love what Greg has done here over the years, but he shouldn't have been extended.

He has spent most of the last two years physically unable to take the field.

as far as Olsen; that greatly depends on the offseason. Who is the GM and Coach and all that.

i know a lot of people love cutting and moving on, part of the strange drama people like throwing off, but we really need Olsen and I’m sure Olsen would like to play for a winner and get a Super Bowl.

obviously if I were him I would trek up to New England and put out one more time.
