Yeah but you get to find that out for sure. Worst case scenario is, your opinion was completely wrong and he's good. Best case, you are validated in your opinion, we suck, lose and get better draft position.

i'd rather be wrong about him, obviously.   i'm not gonna go around pointing it out in every thread if i was correct just to crap all over the folks who are excited about him.  f it, i mean at least they're excited about something panther related

I think they will wait to play Grier in Charlotte.

I mean why make his first NFL game a loud dome on the road.

word has it quarterbacks don't get the option to start only home or away games. so might as well see what he's got against a mediocre Indy team... would rather that than the last game of the season, all things considered ...

Uh it most certainly has happened with Cam. And it happens even more with QBs around the league. Particularly elite QBs. They’re competitions and there will be tension. It’s not at all character concerning or a red flag in my book.

His awful play on the other hand is a big red flag.

Well I shouldn’t say awful. I never expected undrafted 20 year old Allen to be anything special. And I am not sure why anyone else did either but regardless he will make a very decent back up. And he’ll have to learn to be OK with that.

There was a kid who grew up idolizing Dan Marino that got drafted in the NFL and had the chance to play against him.

After watching the way Marino behaved on field, he didn't admire him anymore.

And heaven knows we've all seen what happens when Tom Brady gets pissed off. He's been known to rip the hell out of his own teammates too.

Such rational and understanding.

Hmm....
