He strikes me just as an elite coordinator. But we won't know if he can handle the role of the head coach and oversee all 3 phases of the game until he gets his shot.

lmao.  lamar jackson this year has 36 td's to 6 int's and a 66.1 completion percentage.   cam has never had a td/int ratio like that in his career.  cam has never had under double digit ints in a season.  cam's career td/int ration isn't even 2:1.  please tell me again how cam is too good to run that offense

i kinda picture him as a little bit autistic and socially awkward, but addicted to football like today's kids are addicted to video games.  oh, and smart as hell and will spend however long it takes figuring out how to beat you.  driven to win

I do think Cam is to old to be running the ball as much as Jackson does.

Lamar is 11th in y/c and 20th in passes over 20 yards, I can go back  to when he had Kaepernick and Tyrod. Roman who offense philosophy revolves around running your QB and short passes.

Cause Cam's skillset is complete different form Lamar's. You are out of your mind if you think a 31 year old Cam can run that Ravens offense. The ravens offense is completely dictated by the run, that's why they have never been able to comeback from a double digit deficit. Cam on the other hand is more redefined passer, he needs a coach that will help build on his 2018 season.

Has to be something holding teams back from talking to him. If they say he has a “unique” personality it could mean he’s an A-hole and hard to get along with.
