Because we did that this season (5-11).

What concrete evidence (besides injury history) can you offer to suggest that he sucks?

The talent discrepancy between Alabama and nearly every opponent he's gone up against ..

Last years SEC Championship Jalen Hurts had to come in and save the Tide because surprise, surprise, Tua was injured ..

This season? Another waste ..

Tua came in after halftime in the NCAA Championship, years now, ago, and made some nice throws but since then has been bad.

87 TD .. 11 INT .. how many of those TD's were against teams that had no chance of beating Alabama due to the talent discrepancy ..

Yeah ... does anybody wanting Tua have an IQ .. an IQ of anything?

Too many of your posts resort to insults and namecalling of people that you disagree with.  Your points can stand without it.  Not everyone with a different opinion from you is less intelligent; reasonable minds can disagree.

Would an ISP block one of their paying customers from some random dudes website just bc he asked? That seems like a great way to lose customers.

Lets draft the college QB who's been injured the last two seasons to replace our QB who's been injured past two seasons ..

If the doctors tell me he's fine I'm good.

1. Miami- Tua aint making it past them.  Its as simple as that.  They made the full tank effort to tank for him.  They have a hard on for him.  FWIW the dolphins Owner AND GM were at Bama's bowl game in Orlando, on the field, talking with all of the Bama staff before the game.

2.  IF somehow, Someway we jump ahead of Miami (that means keeping it quiet as Miami has the amo and will use it to trade up as well).

We will need to go to full tank mode.  Trade Cam and get rid of every vet outside of Luke.  I can tell you this, you are not starting Tua under Center behind this OL and these WR.  So Tua probably will redshirt and which will make sure he's fully healed.  LOAD UP, with picks and build around 2021.  Tua is good, but he is made of glass, used to playing behind elite OL (3 1st round OL) with Elite Weapons (3 1st round & a 2nd round WR as his starters) vs inferior competition.  The transition isnt going to be easy.

So if we go Tua in the Draft, next year will not be a fun year for Panthers fans.  Expect a Bengals/Dolphins esq year.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
