he kept hurney around...that in and of itself is a giant red flag.

What other decision has been bad? You mention Hurney, but most of the guys Tepper has been linked to be targeting  for future roles have contracts that are set to expire in May, and multiple reports have come out saying that Hurney could be moved into a new role/possibly not with us going into next year. The offseason and draft is coming up, and firing him now would be like firing Ron right before the season started this year. Our new coach will play a huge role in building his system, and will have a call on who is in the assistant gm and VP.

healthy cam we should be competing for a playoff spot every year. idc. this is a QB driven league. no people managing guy who spits on himself line cook coach matters more than the franchise QB. without a QB, coach going nowhere.

I’ve been trying to be a lot more positive in life: the last 7 years he was an HC, 4 of them the qb led the team in rush attempts. So that holds well for cam to stay right?
