This. College, NFL, doesn’t matter...he needs to be a Panther Coach for life. Give him half ownership of the team, keys to both states, Tepper needs to let him fug his wife, whatever Luke wants.

I haven't seen Luke's gf, but given the age difference, I'm gonna take a wild guess she might be even better looking than Tepper's wife. Being young, tall, rich, good looking and in world class shape tends not to limit one's options. But yes, I'd hate for him to coach anywhere else, I'm greedy like that.
