If your a JAG......come on down!!

Team is going to be a total train wreck. Now Addison gone as they further descend into 2010 territory. If you thought the defense sucked last year, then you ain't seen nothing yet.

Sign every fuggin JAG possible to try and patchwork a 'team' to put on the field. A team that has been in existence for twenty five plus years having to go back to the drawing board, is just a damn shame.

They sure know how to make fans lose all interest in the franchise......good job.

I’m gonna say something that may shock you...

Addison is a JAG too. An old JAG.

So replace him with a younger JAG who has done nothing of consequence in the NFL. Maybe an older player, but the best proven guy we had at DE right now.

We both agree that these new guys aren’t going to win us a SB.

However, if I’m picking between an old jag and a young jag, I’m going younger. At least the younger guys have a better chance of improving and not getting hurt.

FA is for jags. The draft is where you get your difference makers.

Why would a vet want to come here when he could try to sign for a contender? The only way he would want to do that is if we paid him way more than he is worth.

Why would we pay a vet way more than he’s worth? With the state of this team it would only further handcuff this team going forward.

Stop overreacting and think logically for one minute. No established player wants to come here unless we pay over the moon for him. The time to sign big names is when you are a contender.

This concept really isn’t very hard to understand

    • He was saying Ron hid when he was cut/traded whatever that was.  I get being resentful, and feeling like that was gutless.  He, and Ron, neither are from the ‘breaking up with someone in a text or email is okay’ generation. That avoidance is seen as a lack of character.  Talking about it on camera how many years later? Why? And it is all one sided he said she said stuff. As he is speaking I am thinking well I bet that ain’t the whole story.    Between this type of stuff and him cheating on the wife stuff some of his shine is wearing off.
    • I was very critical of Ron Rivera as a coach for a range of reasons. But Steve Smith has been playing the victim for years now and it's just not working anymore. We know for a fact that he was disgruntled from the moment we drafted Cam Newton because of his own ego. That says more about him than anything he could say about Rivera. And yes Ron Rivera had a lot of faults. No excuses for it. We were right to move on from him. But ultimately Steve Smith couldn't hold it together with that group the same as he struggled to hold it together under previous regimes. He needs to grow up and accept his own role in the last few years of his Panthers career because there are things he could and should have done differently the same as anyone else. Stop seeking to only shift blame to everyone else and evolve or just stop talking and fade away. This isn't helping anyone and it is certainly not helping his image.
    • A friend of mine was involved in building Steve Smith's house and nearly came to blows with him during the process.  Love Smitty as a player, but I've heard very little good about him as a human being.
