He definitely could. I wouldn't be excited about giving up what it would take. It's be more than the RG3 trade. Just can't give up THAT much for one prospect.

Unless we lose out a s have pick 2 or 3. Redskins traded up from 6. The difference between 6 and 3 is a late first rounder. That said, the Redskins haven’t real smart in the FO and gave up too much IMHO. Kind of like our Little trade. Pick 100 was perfect value for the move up but hey let’s just give them the better 3rd rounder.

According to draft trade charts, the move from 3 to 1 would be our (assuming picking 3rd) 2nd and 3rd. I’d think that we could probably trade our 2022 1st and that’s it. If I could get Lawrence for our 2022 1st, I’d do that in a heartbeat. This is all assuming he tells the Jets he won’t sign and they don’t have a choice.
