If you're looking for changes, or "shut downs"...

I doubt we are gonna win anymore games. Packers are always tough in Lambeau, Washington will likely have Alex Smith back and that defense is built to become very acquainted with Teddy. Strangely the Saints game is looking more winnable, especially if CMC is back. Considering how the Eagles ran all over the Saints really good defense.

These last 3 games are going to be stressful as all get out. Especially for people like me who want them to complete the 4-12 season. One more win and we are likely stuck with Bathwater.

The panthers will be shredded by green bay

if New Orleans has something to play fir, they will shred them too

and you know Ron wants desperately to hand tepper’s analytical ass a beat down

inwant the panthers to compete and lose and get highest quality players available

whether Tepper is the GM to draft them is a whole other matter

Try coaching a team for 3 weeks and they think you have mailed it in----we look at personnel only, but the culture thing is real.  You can never tell your players to never quit when they know you have---

I also do not know how you do not get thrown into a competitive arena and try your best.  I get the logic, but when you are part of the machine, you do not think next year---if you do, next year means next up--next players, next coaches....

I understand all that. I genuinely do.

This still doesn't feel right to me.

I'd say if you wanted to get a look at Walker or Grier or both, Bridgewater basically handed you the opportunity by going rogue on that play before the two minute warning. And it could be argued that benching him in the face of something like that is a power move.

Now on the flip side, for all practical purposes we are tied to Bridgewater for at least another year. For that reason, I can understand on some level wanting to keep things cool between them.

I have a tougher time with the McCaffrey thing though. Rivera shut down Luke when he wanted to play (granted he didn't do it with Cam).

These guys don't want to play to lose.  Putting 2nd and 3rd string players in is not going to send a good message.  You put your best 22 on the field and do your best to win.  If it affects your draft order the only ones upset are the fans.
