As a guy who has been 100% about Brady since last year, tbh, I saw a lot of issues with his first year as an OC.  That doesn't mean he isn't a bright up-and-comer still, but there were a lot of holes in his game.  Although I don't want to lose him, I also wouldn't be worried about playing his team twice a year.

Yeah, I agree. I was perfectly happy to see him grow here and hoped to get a good 3 years out of him. He could be great but I wouldn't be surprised to see him regret if he becomes a HC so soon.

I think hiring him for what would be a rebuild is very premature at this point in his career. He has shown nothing that he is ready for that. I’m honestly a bit puzzled by all the attention other than owners overreaching trying to get the next McVay

If he's hired in Atlanta it's gonna be Terry Fontenot doing the rebuild. Brady won't have the kind of power Rhule does. Mind you, I don't think he's ready either but the McVay effect and all...

As for Bieniemy, I think what torpedoed him here was his strong desire to work with Newton. This offseason I think pretty much every team has interviewed him (except the Texans who are now requesting to) but only one of them can actually hire him.

I have seen some chatter that his interviews so far haven't gone particularly well, but I don't know how seriously to take that.

FYI: If you saw the Brian Schottenheimer news and you're wondering, the answer is yes. He runs a similar system to what Joe Brady does.

Schottenheimer is a Coryell guy so if they are similar then Brady is similar to the Turners and what we were doing since 2011. So the reality is they aren't similar.

With Wilson, the Seahawks have always run a WCO style, though Schottenheimer was said to have Incorporated some Coryell principles.
