Man,

Watching the Fox Division rd playoff special.  

Giving me flashbacks to that 3 year run we had.

Sitting on the couch SUCKS.

Our defense has the young foundation pieces to do their part.

 

Their tslking about the 2018 QB crop and the guys from thatclass that are still in this.

 

We've got to get our QB this offseason.  We've got to get that IT guy who can help carry us.

Still too early to say that...

I would point out though that Tepper had his own ideas about what he wanted in a GM, but he stepped back and gave Matt Rhule what he wanted instead.

That's a point in his favor.

Davis is the only defender on the Gators I’d even look at drafting. I’d also avoid Trask unless he somehow falls to the later mid rounds. I love what he did for the university but the lack of NFL arm strength and lack of even college mobility gives me a scare. 
 

The Gator id like us to draft the most is if somehow Tony can fall into round 3 ( there’s a lot of great receivers in this class so it’s hard to predict ), he would replace what we all like about Curtis and it would allow us to let Curtis walk without taking a crazy big hit and save money. 
 

Where we are picking I personally feel like we have to hit on QB and I’ll support any of the big 4.

I understand, young me would have that same feel. patience is what is needed, Rhule needs another 2 full years. Maaaaybbeeee with lots of luck playoff could be in the 2022 plans, but 2023 looks more likely at this stage. 

I miss having a havoc wrecking DL, thats my fix and I do miss that dearly. Its getting there tho....

Honestly, in my like 10ish years here Sizzle is the only person I’ve ever blocked. I just couldn’t ready anymore posts about Teddy being the same tier of QB as Watson.

Im still at zero, but some have put it to a test. TheRed came close, board is better without people whos only focus is skin color. I thought it was for the broken record Appaloosa model stuff.

He knows a little about winning football. He recently said if you don’t have a Qb that takes you to the playoffs every year then you probably don’t have a QB.

      I mean, no I’m not going to panic when he got 2 Qs and looked great in 1 and looked not great in another (let’s not mention the drop).    Yeah we finally have a team that would be considered average offensively around him. Let’s roll this season.

      The woe is me everything but Bryce sucks mantra is stale af my friend. Look nobody here is going to argue with the fact Frank Reich was not a good head coach. At the same time. Bryce Young is now in his second season with his second coaching staff and a handpicked young offensive head coach who has been known for working with QB's such as Baker and Geno. As far as the offensive pieces around Bryce we have the 4th highest salary cap allocation (that might be even higher now after the new Moton deal) dedicated to the OL in the entire league. We have 2 first round WR's one of them 8th overall the first time we've ever selected a WR that high in franchise history. And the fact of the matter is Bryce Young did not have a good preseason. It's not the first time it's happened either. We all hope to see he and the rest of the team flip a switch in week 1. But we should all be able to agree that the offensive performances we've seen from the entire QB room (Bryce included) in preseason was simply unacceptable.

      We have seen Bryce play… what… 9 games with AT BEST what one would consider NFL average WRs? You just can’t see the forest for the trees and keep going back to your lazy take of revisionist history.    he looked AWFUL Y1 with the worst coaching I’ve ever seen in the NFL and one of the weakest WR rooms I can recall. He looked awful first half of y2 and great second half of y2 with average coaching and average skill position. I don’t know where this elite talent argument even comes from.
