Panthers let go of a couple of front office guys

Funny to think about it, but Rivera has been rebuilding his version of the Panthers up in Washington since he got the job. Now with Marty there, he's pretty close to the goal.

Meanwhile, we're shaking off the last vestiges of the Richardson era and building something new. The upcoming offseason will have little to no influence from anyone of that period.

So now we watch and see what direction these two franchises take.

I simply do not understand how hard headed most of these out of date coaches are.

Like Arians and Reid? They have guys on their staff from their prior teams just like everybody does. There's nothing unique about that at all.

Look at McDermott in Buffalo. He brought his GM from Carolina and he in turn hired his former Carolina coworker to be his assistant GM

Old school out of date coaches dominated the playoffs.

Sure, normally in my life, if I see something fail, I try my best to just continue doing it the same way hoping for a different outcome.
