Sweet Jesus man between this hot take and your love of Trask I am not sure which is worst but both are horrifically bad

Says you. Prove either. Can't.

If Trask gets the opportunity, he will be a good NFL QB. His stats and measurables are better than all but one QB in this draft. Truth.

Don't bet against Cam, I wouldn't.

Literally the entire league thinks Cam’s arm is toast. Even the Patriots.

His contact last season is all the evidence you need.

Its not even worth arguing with the cam lovers anymore, I mean there is video proof his arm is gone and his scrambling ability is severely limited now.    The dude was literally throwing balls into the dirt and struggling throwing downfield at the end of last season.

I was on the Deshaun Watson bandwagon and came back to reality just this morning.

Cam and the Panthers need each other. It's time to heal this.

Together.

Now.

He'll give the Panthers 110% of whatever he's got left.

I know it and YOU know it.

I’m still a Cam fan.

But even in his prime, Cam wasn’t the ideal QB for Joe Brady’s offense.  Now? Current Cam? Heck no.

Cam was always more of a great football player than great QB.  He was the best football player for in the NFL at one point.   The Golden Calf of Bristol IMO was the greatest college QB of all time.  It’s fine do you don’t agree.  Doesn’t matter.  But everyone college offense shouldn’t and wouldn’t of wanted The Golden Calf of Bristol.  Required a The Golden Calf of Bristol centric offense.  Cam defiantly requires that now.

Even Jake Delhomme went on to play for Cleveland with the damn TommyJoan.

I'm saying Cam is your best free agent. I'd give him a shot over Teddy THATS ALL.

And he can retire here 🙂

    • Yes, he's a tier above them, but you also touched on the money side of it.  With T-Mac locked in as our #1 on a rookie contract for a few more years, I'd much rather use that money that would be needed for DJ on our defense and develop Coker into our #2.   Especially given his contract situation as an UDFA, as his contract is up at the end of this year but we can keep him around for a 3rd team controlled year on the real cheap.  Which means we probably could get him to sign a very reasonable extension this offseason to give him a little more money while giving us a bargain contract for what he provides. DJ's contract is north of $20 million for the next 5 years, why pay that for your #2 WR with the needs we have on defense and you have guys like Coker, XL, and Horn on rookie contracts who very well could combine to be a serviceable 2-4 WRs behind a stud in T-mac? I love DJ and he'd be a great fit on this team as our #2, but the money side of it just makes absolutely zero sense, that's all it comes down to for me on this one. And no, I don't see the Bears wanting XL back in that trade, because they drafted Burden, who is essentially a better version of what XL provides, a player you want to get the ball into their hands and let them go to work.
    • I didnt see that many bad calls in the panthers cowboys game, but the chiefs especially in the playoffs were getting every single call they could get then the refs when it didnt matter would throw a call towards the other teams.  That I believe was the taylor swift effect.   But its crazy just thinking about how easy it is to change a game.  You dont need but a single ref to make a few close calls go towards one team over the other and in the nfl that is the game.
    • I don't think it's unrealistically blaming Bryce Young......to say has been a reason, sometimes a big one, in why our pass offense overall has been extremely week over the past 3 collective seasons.  I think that bothering anyone, is just being overly invested in some Bryce Young argument.  It's just a reality.
