Those are really random options and all less than our ideal route.

Are you asking what is our favorite option of the really bad ones you mention?

Lesser of two evils is typically when there's 2 (and really only two) options where neither are for the betterment of the situation.  You're saying if our ideal route doesn't happen, which one of these crappy scenarios would you accept.  I choose none of the above.

Giving Teddy another shot would be the absolute worst choice. The lesser of the multitude of evils here is Mariotta imo. Doesn’t cost draft capital, can still draft a QB at 8, or if that’s not in the cards in these scenarios, we can get a really good player or trade down and still able to go for a guy next year.
