Need trocheck back desperately at this point.

Tro, Turbo, hell Brock missed half the game.

Teams have been thrashing our forwards going back to the Tampa series. It's taking its toll on our lineup.

Nobody on our team seems to care enough to do anything about it. Have the refs missed some calls, sure. But, it happens. If someone throws a dirty hit on one of our guys, the rest of the team better find a way to punish them for it if the zebras don't.

Teams tried that with Tampa last year, and they would punish them on the scoreboard. It doesn't have to be a fight, but you gotta make em pay for it. Make them think twice before they even try it.

We've gotten bullied out of the playoffs the past 2 years. If we don't find an answer when teams try to go physical, it'll be 3 straight.

Look where he's shooting from- not his usual spot. The last couple games I've notices him moving to the right side more often, likely trying get some space and it shallows his angle as a lefty.

His confidence is an issue right now. He's taking hits and getting pushed around a bit, can't score and even passed up a couple lacrosse opportunities. As I said last week- he needs a good 2-3 point game and he'll be back.

No gimmie games in the NHL......we need to bring our best game every night or we'll slip in the seeding.

I hope we bounce back tonight!

I’d like to see us come out in control tonight and maintain it. It doesn’t have to be goals but all around. Better defense is key too. We don’t need 30 direct shots on reimer. I hope he’s dialed in.

    • In May of 2026, it looks like a challenging schedule...and it probably is.  I rarely listen to the "strength of schedule" conversations that light up social media this time of year. Each year teams improve and decline. I think there's chunks of the year we need to take care of business and the week 5 bye is not desired.  I do think if we don't hit the bye week at 3-1, it's going to be a major uphill battle given the schedule in front of us. This season falls on three people, regardless of schedule strength: Canales, Bryce, Evero.  Canales: Finally can truly coach all aspects of the team and not focus with gameday prep for OC duties anymore. He drives the bus and needs to get these guys in position to win each week. There's no way vets come in and put it on the line every week to watch our QB sh!t the bed (See: SF game last year). Bryce: Despite everyone's obsession with thinking Bryce is a guaranteed extension, I think this year will truly be his "prove it" year. If he comes out the way he has the past three years, I really don't see how vets and coaches can continue to put him under center long-term. He might play out that fifth year as the starter, but I think next offseason his long-term replacement is found. I also think there's no excuses with the weapons and commitment we've made on offense to insulate him with every possible weapon.  Evero: Best personnel he's had since he's been here...no excuses. Figure out how to blitz effectively. Figure out how to use CBs whose strengths are press/man. Figure out how to utilize a talented front-7 to get the hell of the field. Outside of FS and maybe....maybe ILB, there are few weaknesses on this unit.
    • Canales can never get his teams ready in the first week of the season so far. Hope that changes or Ben Johnson is going to take his azz to school.
