Man hell no... we've got worse every game since he's been gone.

The whole offense changes when he's in. It's a reason we gets the majority of the touches. THIS is why.

Last year we didn’t get worse on offense with him out.  The OL was better though

Curtis Samuel was the reason for that. When Samuel went down for a couple games..same result.

OL was better though..still dont even know how that's literally possible.

Bring back Okung and get Christian in the game.

What will happen = We will continue to struggle until we are out of playoff contention and then he'll come back and we'll start winning. Just enough to push us out of draft range for an impact player. Watch what I say.

Not true at all. For a team trading for him, it’s $9M total for the rest of 2021 and 2022. Then it’s about $12M a year after that. It’s a very easy contract for the next guy and really cheap through 2022.

If a team needs a RB and is a contender, I’d trade for him in a heartbeat. No idea what we’d ask for, but his contract is not a problem for the next team.

That’s a ton of money for a RB that rarely hits the field.

His contract for the next team would be $9M a year. Yes, health is a concern, but if I’m Arizona or the Rams, I’d take a chance on him immediately. Let him get healthy for the playoffs. He costs next to nothing this year and $9M next year. You said his contract wasn’t attractive and that’s 100% wrong for a team that would get him. He’s got no guarantees after 2022. It’s a fantastic contract for a team getting potentially one of the top couple non-QB players in the game.

The Bills should call us

Lol we do that and we’ll lose at least 25 games in a row

You would rather win the 5 to 10 games he stays healthy during that 25 game stretch and get nothing of value from him when we realize in 2 more seasons that he just can't stay healthy?

    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
