Fitterer isn't the one who gave a college coach that kind of power.

The guy who did is the guy you're talking about entrusting to remake our entire braintrust..

Also have to realize that if you don't keep Fitterer, it's not guaranteed you keep Morgan.

The two of them are very close friends and Morgan might not be happy seeing the guy who helped him become who he is get dumped after one season when he didn't even have full power.

Tremble is currently our best TE. The bar isn't very high, but he was our gem out of this class potentially. 

But hey, if you want a quick take: bad teams have bad management. Bad managers can't fix bad teams.

Edit to add: The guy can't draft. He can trade like an MFer, but he missed a lot of excellent players while being "clever."
