Not so........worth 10s of millions in various accounting principles without selling. That value is there.....the price can be haggled about but the value is there.

Selling an NFL franchise is a gold pot for any owner because of the supply demand equation.....there are few investments that have a ROI with such a high confidence of wealth preservation than an NFL franchise at this time.......
