In a vacuum, Cam is better than Darnold in that situation.  I only say probably, because if we're talking about it in context, Cam would have been subbed in for that particular play.  That alone kind of alerts the defense that something is up.  And maybe there's an element of surprise with Darnold taking the snap himself, since you wouldn't expect him to do that.

But in the context of Rhule's stupid response to the decision, no they aren't really equal in their capability to run the ball in the red zone.
