You’re good I was just letting u know. Seems like another turning us down. ST guy too, it’s really getting pretty hilarious at this point. Tepper still won’t talk either, not a good look

Is there news of any coaches turning down other teams or is it just us (Pep and TM)? It is definitely not a good look. It tells you what the league thinks about our Coaches and FO right now.

To be fair, there were contractual issues with TM, not simply a refusal to want the job. Sometimes that's going to happen.

Pretty sure just us. Overall I think everyones waiting for the first domino to fall in the HC signings since theres a bunch of openings. Why agree to come here when you might get calls from like 7-8 fresh HC's in the next couple weeks? Mcadoo must have had zero chance of getting on a new staff

    • The panthers are such a trash organization at this point that all the huddle can do is argue about which panthers team is historically the worst…good times.
    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
