I concur. They'd have to pay the Texans to take on some extra dead cap IMO (i.e. restructure before trade).

Its going to take some serious convincing for the Saints to land Watson. That franchise is literally a fracture away from collapsing and going into a full on rebuild. I cant imagine what all they would have to trade away to get Watson. Watson would be going to a more empty roster than our own.

They are literally a QB away from having a SB team. Probably one of if not the best rosters in all of football. The Saints are an easy sell. We aren’t.

I can't tell if you are being facetious here... The Saints roster is in shambles right now. They can't even afford to keep their best olineman. They would have to ship away one to two of the few key defensive players to the Texans. 

Their roster is in a tough spot right now

      I want the conversations at season's end to be more about what else we need to build onto the foundation to be playoff contenders and less about the fultility of drafting yet another QB and hiring yet another coach because as long as Tepper is the owner, it doesn't matter what this team does.

      yeah I was hoping  that we stayed put & drafted Levis at #9  i even said on here after we foolishly traded up for Bryce Young that I would not be surprised whatsoever if the Bears were picking #1 overall with our pick this year but what ...just saying
