I would have been highly ticked off and say the whole Panthers organization was insane by willing to pay whatever it cost for Watson.

Which was three first-round draft picks, a few mid-round selections and a combination of Jeremy Chinn, Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn or Brian Burns would have likely been dealt .

Plus,Watsons huge salary would have held the team back for years by playing havoc with the teams salary cap.
