Watching interviews with McAdoo lately and I am seriously impressed with our OC outlook.  Positive, knowledgeable and strong leadership is showing up as well.  Obviously night and day with Brady, this man knows this league and what it takes to win.  We have something special with him IMO.  Probably has been posted but sharing…this is predraft

Will be adding other vids here but one thing has been important to note with Corral.  He is very introverted…more than probably he even would like to be.  He needs to mature and get comfortable with who he is as a leader.  He comes off as very uncomfortable in interviews but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care or isn’t dialed in.   I can see that he could come across this way.  He needs time and has to be able to build confidence cause it isn’t there naturally

I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that Corral's leadership is a strength.  Idk if that's true but I suspect being comfortable with the media and being a good leader for his teammates are definitely two distinct concepts.

It still would not shock me at all if he, at the very least, ends up being our interim head coach this coming season (probably at the midway point)

I am not sold on the 5 year plan

I understand the outlook based on what has happened recently but the more I listen to these guys talk the more I gain confidence.  These guys have a plan and are building something.  Love the coaching hires to date.  We need to let this jell…it is coming

Fiery guy on the field and will go to war but self confidence is a bit of struggle IMO

Maybe he doesn't love media interviews but he's a total 180 from Sam Darnold in the locker room and the huddle from what I've heard. They held weekly team therapy sessions at Ole Miss where he encouraged players to speak their minds and be vulnerable about any personal issues so the team could really build a connection.

Possibly…will add many times guys like this will be obsessed with success.  They can’t imagine failure…its too much.  If that is the case he has a chance to be a great one.  Different people have different paths

He might be that way in interviews, but from what I've heard about him with his team he's everything you want him to be.

    • No, he has a long way to go to be that--I think he is probably referring to his ceiling--I think Legette has more room to grow from where he is that those more polished WRs.  When you look at his potential, it presents an argument that is not so one sided.  Of those three, only Odunze had a higher RAS score 9.92.  XL had a 9.90.  Malik Nabors had a 9.67.  Harrison Jr.  did not have one.  I am not sure that Legette has not overcome more obstacles to be where he is, and if you consider his adversity, his story might be more incredible, even though he is only a second tier rookie right nowm with Mitchell, Thomas, Pearsall, and maybe McConkey.  I am going from memory-but you have to think of things as a kid-when he was 16, his mother died of breast cancer.  When he entered S Carolina, his father died.  They had some issues and QB problems and the OL was terrible in Columbia---the others you mentioned?  None of that family drama, and they played at Washington, Ohio State, and LSU.  Huge difference.  I am proud of him as a man--when all his chips were on the table--when he had no more chances, he broke through and became a first round draft pick.  A school with a losing record, mediocre QB, and bad OL.  Mentally, he was struggling through the losses of both parents.  Amazing story.  Is he as good as those three who played at top universities?  Not yet.
