I believe he had like 4-5 penalties in his first game. It’s all part of learning the position at this level. The thing that worried me about Cross is he appears to be a LT or bust. Kind of like Little, where I don’t see him sliding to guard or RT if he struggles too much.

I had to look for those numbers...yep, 5 penalties.  And I don't know how many snaps he played, but I know he didn't play the whole game.

I don’t if I’ve ever seen this… Arizona is going to let Kyler Murray call plays in the second half…

Edit - Apparently they let him do it last week in the fourth quarter.

He really needs that much attention to stay engaged, or the coach is equally as immature.

Yeah… I really don’t think it’s a good look.

If it was a Luke or someone generally interested in getting inside the minds of the play callers it would be an interesting exercise, but I think it's more of a stupid ego battle thing between Kyler and the coach

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
