Oh, there are definitely NFL owners who don't seem to give a sh-t. I wouldn't put Tepper in that category.

He does, sadly, still seem to be in the category of "owners that have no clue what they're doing".

Maybe I should have said what good business person.  Tepper is very good when it comes to business.

Don't doubt that.

He's not very good when it comes to football though.

My biggest issue with Tepper is basically the same one I had with Richardson. He trusts the wrong people. He trusted Ron, he trusted Marty, then he trusted Rhule.

Until he trusts someone who's actually earned trust, I expect things to continue as they are.

    • Not sure what happened with Charlotte drivers but most of these drivers should not be on the road.  Driving below speed limit, hogging lanes, swerving all over, creating bottlenecks.  I do not recall drivers ever being so bad in Charlotte…. Wonder what changed?  Any one else noticed it?
    • I agree the free agent class is thin but with all the draft capital Tulsky has I expect some big trades as well
    • I mean we haven't had a winning season in going on 8 years we have had the worst win percentage in all of sports the last few years and we spent most of last summer arguing with each other on whether to be hyped or cautiously optimistic. To the point he was trying to moderate the discourse all throughout training camp. The staff then decided to hold the starters out of preseason until the very end and we started off the season with two of the ugliest losses in franchise history. Yet apparently in his mind the problem is....the fans who are justifiably apprehensive to buy the hype again before seeing some consistency in actual games? I don't see anything remotely unreasonable about it and it certainly doesn't make anyone any less of a fan or inferior to someone else unless that someone is mentally ill.
