They actually look worse than us.  At least we kept the lead against AZ until the third qtr.  And Dalton looks worse than Mayfield.

Honestly, I disagree strongly. If we turned the ball over 3 times there's zero chance we'd score 17 points in three quarters. The Saints are getting their asses kicked because of three INTs including two pick sixes.  They look terrible, yes. But nowhere near as inept as we do.

Despite that they've scored 24 points and are still in this game. If we'd turned the ball over three times including two pick sixes we'd be getting blown out in hilarious fashion.

I said earlier that we'd never score 17 points if we turned the ball over three times but hell, if I'm being honest I'm not sure we could score 17 if we were the team that got the two pick sixes off those three turnovers. We absolutely suck out loud.

42-24 is just as bad as 24-10

the saints are a bad team that lost to us.

He's my fantasy "TE" this week so yes to that idea

Same lol I’m gonna keep exploiting that TE designation as long as I can. Hill now has at least one passing, rushing, and receiving TD on the year. I wonder if he’s the first player to do that since CMC a few years back after his infamous TD pass to Chris “Martinez” Manhertz against the Saints.

    • Even if he beats the odds, returns midseason  and plays like he did last year it won’t warrant a big contract extension.
    • It’ll be interesting to see how the board falls I completely agree with you on TE for us The safety from Oregon would be the cherry on top for Evero’s defense/scheme.  If a OL’men is there that you love it would be very hard to pass up. This fan base seems to just see Walker as a stop gap but I wouldn’t be so sure. He’s the same age as Ekwonu. He’s had a much more impressive career arc/progression than Icky has. He’s the better pass protector. As far as I see it if Walker has a good year I’d bring him back over Icky. Ekwonu isn’t some elite franchise LT. Playing next to Lewis is going to be great for Walker much like it has been for Icky. We definitely need to get younger/cheaper on the OL though so for this reason alone it’s still top of my list come round 1 if board falls this way  Could also use another corner with Mike Jackson’s deal up after this season and needing a nickel but Corey Thornton looked really good in that role in the limited time we got to see him. However he’s coming off an achillies injury and you never know with those.  Then as mentioned above we do still have a need at WR. As far as “weapons” go it’s kind of a 2 man show with Tmac and Coker and neither is a burner. If Jordan Tyson is there at 19 and we can have a young WR group locked up for cheap that’s a huge advantage cap wise  And don’t forget linebacker. That clip in Devin’s Lloyd blueprint they used from Evero saying they need more intelligence there could’ve been left out for Wallace’s sake but it’s true. Wallace is lost in coverage. Pair a smart linebacker with Lloyd and that’s a group with Wallace and Cherelus being depth
