Apparently not

This is a greg olsen deal all over it. I dont understand how they only got what they did while giving up so 2 4ths in the process. Lions gave Vikings a top 10 TE  and 2 4ths for a 2nd and a 3rd to a team that will most likely win the division.

This is a prime example of a firesale at the buzzer. image.png.42ba0b42a55eff2c3406abe389569b73.png

Trust me I agree

He was someone I would’ve been cool with trading for had we been buyers. Heck I still might’ve been cool with it due to overall value. We need a TE and the FA TE market this offseason sucks. He would’ve been a great asset for our rookie QB

    • I’m really having a hard time understanding how this actually went down. -Renfrow expected to make roster as 2nd/3rd string. -Panthers cut Renfrow; Keep Brycen Tremayne, and add UDFA receiver (Dalevon Campbell) to active roster.  -Canales/Morgan say it’s totally up to Hunter whether he wants to come back or not, they would love to have him.    -Renfrow not signed to PS -Panthers trade Adam Thielen -Hunter Renfrow signed to active roster with a raise after an injury to Coker nobody heard about and is likely to start.    Our WR room is now: -Xavier Legette (2024 1st round pick) -Tet McMillan (2025 1st round pick) -Hunter Renfrow (1 year out of the league) -David Moore (Canales’ friend? A guy way past his prime) -Jimmy Horn (Likely a Shi Smith reprint, but has potential 2025 6th round pick, weighs 174 lbs) -Brycen Tremayne (2023 UDFA who was on Washington’s PS for 2 years and caught 1 pass for -2 yards and averaged 300 yards per year at Stanford) -Dalevon Campbell (2025 UDFA had a good preseason but had 1463 yards and 3 TDs over 5 college seasons at 3 different schools). What the hell is going on?
    • Not uncommon for week 1 games. Especially against good defenses. It’s why I prefer my team play these small schools week 1 if they are going to play them. Gives the offense time to get calibrated.
