I don't speak a lick of Spanish and I will take Spanish radio calls over English every time. Some things transcend language, and these guys know how to put their heart and soul into their work.

I have to tell you after the disappointment of Sunday’s loss wears off, you realize just how amazing that play was. Good to see us on the right side of a highlight for a change.

If he'd kept his helmet on, that would have been an epic Panthers highlight. A 60+ yard game winning reception. The farthest a pass ever traveled in the air since they've been tracking it. Sitting at #1 in the division the same season we fired our coach. It was historic! It could have been up there with X-Clown, or at least the Smitty Houdini act in Houston.

But the memory will always be sullied for me, because of that asterisk that immediately after this, he was penalized and it cost us the game.

That and Piniero choking on two potential game winning kicks.  Like Wilks said ‘one guy didn’t cost us that game’.

Sucks that one of the only times DJ has shown extreme emotion on the field, he gets flagged and we likely lost for it.  You know he’s gonna feel that weight on his shoulders whether he deserves it or not and probably will keep that emotion even more reigned in now 

 

either way, absolutely amazing throw and catch.  PJ has a fuging cannon and those DBs didn’t think he could sling that far
