I'll just have to disagree.  Russell Wilson looks like he carries himself with class and morals and people hate him for it. His teammates said he wasn't "black enough" and those are the people that are swaying your opinion of him.

“He looks like he carries himself with class and morals”. Read that to yourself again. He wants to appear as these things. Because he is ego driven and fake.

His teammates who go to battle for him and get hurt for him don’t appreciate it. And his Madden bullshit luck play style has run out of juice.

Amazing this clown got so much praise for being a faker when Cam was villainized by the NFL for just being himself.

You guys can make up the narrative in your head and dislike the guy all you want but there is not one piece of evidence that he is phony or fake. He acts like a 40 year old corny dad and that's fine.

If the Denver Broncos released Russell Wilson this season, they would be left with $124 million in dead money.

They would incur $107 million in dead money if he were released in 2023 and $85 million if he were released in 2024.

The Broncos can't save cap space by releasing Wilson until 2025 when he no longer has a guaranteed salary.

    • You are right. At the same time I don’t think people are watching games going come on Bryce put it on the ground or sail it OB or whatever. They just have trouble seeing him turning his 3 or four or five top games of 2025 into the weekly standard outing. Which you expect for the kind of money he will ask for (speaking for myself anyway).
    • In terms of comparing Pickett and Young's arm talent it's basically a push at best. Pickett is sitting at 6.2 yards per pass attempt for his career while Bryce sits at 6.0 Last season Bryce was 6.3 in yards per pass attempt. Only Justin Fields Spencer Rattler (both 6.2) Kyler Murray (6.0) 41 year old Joe Flacco (6.0) 44 year old Phillip Rivers (5.9) rookie Cam Ward (5.9) and Tyrod Taylor (5.8) had less pass yards per attempt than Bryce Young in his third season as a starter. Folks going around acting as if it is beyond the pale to say Pickett might have a better arm than Young are living in an alternate reality. You can choose to not believe your own eyes after 46 games but everyone else will acknowledge reality and move forward accordingly.
