Oh and @Krovvy btw, my “poor take” of preferring we trade a 2nd and 4th for Darnold rather than three 1sts for Watson. Yeah. I still would rather do that. Because the only reason I ever supported the Darnold trade was because we flirted with three 1sts for Watson which was a horrible idea.

So keep on rambling.

See, this is where you're wrong. I argue points, me fuging with Catsfan69 is in relation to each other, having nothing to do with you. You being overly sensitive and having a history of poor takes, bad arguments, and disappearing into the ether and me holding a mirror to you has nothing to do with him or how I argue.

For example, I argue with Mr. Scot, or have, often. I don't for a second feel any animosity towards him since generally it's an actual disagreement. Whatever you're making this between us is completely different.

I can see how you feel bullied, yes I've attacked you, but it's more of direct reflection of you as a poster. That's why I keep reiterating to you the same thing.

The foot injury was a bit of a concern but this one isn’t as worrying. This was just one of those things that happens in football. Don’t think we can chalk him up as an injury prone player just yet.

So basically you actually don’t have an answer. You have me pinned for having a bad take on Darnold which I never wanted us to trade for in the first place? My position was always to draft a QB and keep Teddy but if we were set on trading for one I preferred Darnold for his cost to Watson for his.

      The good news is that we are pretty uniquely well established to address all of our needs this season. We have $14m real cap space, and something like $40m in trade deadline cap space. Not sure exactly how that works out. But, we have the room to absorb any bad contracts. With recent rule changes regarding retention, that went into effect this season, we now have a huge advantage in the trade market.  On top of that, while we do have obvious needs, we also have a glut of talent in certain areas that we struggle to find ice time for. We are over-stocked on scrappy talented lil-guys, strong defensively sound 3rd liners and shutdown left shot dmen. Whether it's a package or separate deals, idk. But, one of each from Stank/Blake/Nads, Erob/Carrier/KK/Jank, and Walker/Nystrom; throw in some 1st round picks (and frankly any other prospects they want) and we should be able to come out with a 1b to pair with Bussi and either a 2c with size or a 2c and size.   TL/DR We got the money, you got the stuff?

      in the 25' draft the Carolina Panthers had hired Brandt Tillis someone who actually understood how to build a successful team & build through the draft .  this team was yes mismanaged for years prior to Brandt Tillis joining the team in 25' & rarely done anything right in the draft outside occaionaly getting lucky on an UDFA such as Jalen Coker who's dad coincidentally happened to be a huge Carolina Panthers fan, hint hint  ...just saying
