Isn't there someone here that think Leftwich is somehow Tepper's grand plan or something? lol

There was a story from some obscure source a while back that painted Stephen Drummond as our version of Jack Easterby and said Drummond was going to manipulate Tepper into hiring Leftwich.

Obviously, that story's not looking too credible right now.

Looks like it's happening...

Insert line about how the mighty have fallen here...

Bowels ain't it but neither was Leftwich. He looked terrible this year and his unit also look terrible most of the year.

NFCS looking like a cakewalk again next year.

But not Staley...

oof. Staley got lucky he hired such an awful staff. Lions fans can vouch for how bad Lombardi is.  And Day is just one of those floaters who never really worked his way up, just found a comfortable little corner on squads every two years.

If I were Herbert, I'd be mighty frustrated.

It seems Staley is safe for another year, somehow?

Lombardi worked for Payton in NO, just something to watch if Payton is hired

Blame the OC and showcase what your very good QB will do with a new one to save the day.

I would guess he is fired next year and they waste most of that rookie contract on dud coaching but there is always the chance he can bring in a good enough OC to save his job but I wouldn't bet on it personally.

    • You honestly think Tampa would have traded down with a division rival so their rival could land a “generational player” at a massive position of need for TB?   bruh
    • Ya'll better quit throwing shots at Zod. He'll come in here and ban everybody. I had a friend @prosource who was banned in 2015 because he said some very minor things about Zod being an ass to the posters on the main forum after starting the All-Pro one. He said he felt like another level is cool, but don't punch down on people that don't want All-Pro. (He did say that it wasn't going to last long anyways.🤔) I distinctly remember him calling and being like "dude, I got banned, my profile says I don't have access to the Huddle!") I feel like once Tepper came in and cut off all unofficial access to the team, Zod was going to be around less. The All-Pro board had really good photos, even in game stuff, and I remember seeing him behind a little fenced in area at Wofford for non team sanctioned press/photographers after Tepper bought the team. I knew then his ego wouldn't allow him to continue with past fervency and effort with that reduction in access. Dude was literally in the locker room when JR was owner.  I came over in 2011 immediately after finding out this place existed. I was super involved with the Charlotte forum, and fell off after its demise. I will never forget arguing Pep over Ryan Sims on that forum! Who is Ryan Sims some of you may ask? My answer is exactly!
    • And not see him running free. Because has been free a lot more than he gets credit for.    Now what XL does with that when he does see the ball, is on him.
