You might want to think long and hard before you just dump the best LB you currently have without a plan to replace his production.  It's not like we have a cupboard full of them in the first place.

No, I don't want to.  I'm not a huge fan of Shaq...especially his contract, but as you said, we aren't exactly deep there.  He needs to stick around at least one more year.  I wouldn't mind trading back at some point in the draft to acquire more picks.  We need to take not one, but two LBs.

I think Norman obviously. I think Sam and Shaq are gone. I also have this gut feeling that if wilks doesn’t get the job we might run into some burns drama. I think burn foreman and boze are priorities for the off-season

Burns can take his drama and go as far as I'm concerned.  Wilks can trade for him if he gets a head coaching job elsewhere.
