We have taken far stupider penalties in this series!

shut 'em out and crush their souls. nyi isn't a great offensive team but if we can be consistent with our defensive play & goaltending, and just be somewhat marginal on the pp, we can beat anyone - even in a long playoff series.

Especially since he’s not a PK player though for how long he could potentially play in the post I could see us rotating him in. It seems like he has a very even keel play style, which is what we look for, though never having played with the team. Besides that fug up early in the first he’s done everything he can. Just can’t get away with stick holding as much in the NHL. Even if you are trying to keep it off your goalies noggin.

Gotta stop Raanta from getting gassed again with 5 to go. Play a hard physical forecheck for the first 12ish(and get another goal hopefully) and then set back until full neutral zone defense for the last 8ish. 
 

Obviously with a few forechecks in the last 8, but I’m talking Ozone defenseman.
