Dude probably had a stress fracture that finally was determined to need surgery to get right. You guys dogging the team medical staff have no clue. Burns will be ready for camp, no big deal.

If this was one isolated incident, sure. However, this kind of stuff has been going on for years. A player gets hurt late in the season, then suddenly come April or May, we hear that player has surgery. Then the following season that player isnt performing like he used to. Im not expecting that to change with Burns.

The Panthers medical staff isn't regarded as the most competent

Who told you that Big Kat? Someone in your building?

You think Ryan Vermillon started dealing drugs only in Washington?!?  This guy was a clown and responsible for the health and safety of the players.

That clown has been gone for years dude, it's 2023 the last time I checked.

You don't think these players get second opinions from Doctors they or their agents are comfortable with that have no affiliation with the team? Get real.

We don't know what happens behind closed doors. He'll be ready by training camp, so the team very well could have worked with him on the timing of it. Surgery is very rarely the first option and if something can heal naturally or via rehab, that's often preferred. Rehab could've been first, with surgery as a plan B if things haven't healed by a certain date, so that he's ready for training camp.

It's not always black and white.

I am glad he will be ready for training camp, just hope he can get in good conditioned and playing shape rather quickly.

    • He talks way too much about his time in Seattle and Russell Wilson and how they built that team in 2012.   I won’t fall for any of it until I see them play for a year
    • Lol people like you are so silly and the only reason I seem to care to log on to post these days. How can you sit there and say Bryce was the reason Williams hurt his knee on that play. Maybe it's because you dislike Bryce so you are somewhat blind as to what actually happened? Not quite sure but maybe you should get your eyes checked. Williams hurt himself by trying to make a cut after spinning around to make that catch. Pause it at 3:24. Had he landed and ran like normal instead of going to plant his foot in the ground and make a cut he doesn't get hurt. Don't put that on Bryce. That was 100% Williams fault he got injured
