Anyone hear Brenneman at the end of the game?

When he was talking to Billick about how great it had been for them to work together this year. And then he said "I wish you the best whether you go back into coaching or come back into the booth." And then there was kind of a pause and Brenneman said "sorry" then Billick said "no problem."

Am I reading too much into this? Made it sound like Brenneman and Billick knew that Billick was going back to the sideliens and that Brenneman let the cat out of the bag. I wonder if Billick has had talks with the Panthers at all.

I have always liked Billick. Oddly enough, during his coaching tenure at Baltimore, his team was known for its amazing defense. Before landing that job, he was considered an offensive guru when he was with the Vikings as OC.
