Crazy how he fell off. A couple years ago he was getting talked up as a future #1 overall pick. I don't know if he'll get started at all.

He won't get drafted. Might see some action as a camp arm for 5 minutes.

He can't read zone - Lashlee made everything super easy for him. He's struggled ever since Rhett left.

I don't know how people just watch highlights and convince themselves that Williams is this generational prospect.

I’ve never understood the “generational prospect” take on Williams either, but we will live in digital world where everyone feels the need to exaggerate everything.

I think Drake Maye will end up going #1.  Just do

I don't have the conviction about Drake that I had about Sam.

I think he's a really good prospect, don't get me wrong. I just don't see anything particularly super special about this year's class. It's a good QB class but I don't see generational prospects. I see typical top of the draft style prospects. All the guys drafted high are good prospects. That's just how it works.

Definitely not saying Maye doesn’t have some questions…he does.  I just think he will go #1 anyway although not sure since Chicago already struck out with a UNC QB

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
