Being a Panthers fan is like being (fill in the blank)...

Kicked in the balls, repeatedly, over and over and over.  Then paying to be kicked in the balls, and returning each and every week to be kicked in the balls for 3 hours.  17 times a year.  Then, when ball kicking season is over, doing research and talking about getting your balls destroyed for 6 months.  Then, having a fleeting moment of hope that maybe you will not get kicked in the balls for 17 weeks.  Only for the ball kicking to continue each and every week, year after year after year, until you die.

Being a Panthers fan is like having a child you've raised who you no longer speak to.

They were a pretty good baby, had some rough down years as a toddler and through elementary school, got better and was decently behaved in middle and through high school with some rough years sprinkled in. Then once they went to college they completely changed who they were, got into a super toxic abusive relationship and are now a massive failure and complete loser. Now your kid hates you and you hate them and you don't speak anymore.

Despite all the years of work and effort you put into raising this kid, none of it ended up mattering, they hate you now and they're just a massive disappointment to you in the end.

    • Poodle?........poodles are very smart and active dogs and don't deserve the insult.
    • Let's just make this clear. The best the passing offense has looked early in the season when the games actually mattered since 2023 was in Seattle with Reich in 2023 and in Vegas in 2024 with Canales. Both were Andy Dalton starts. Bryce Young has looked abysmal with now two different coaching staffs to start the season three consecutive years. No we cannot exclude the Reich year and take ourselves seriously.
    • Like I said, I give him a pass on that first season. I just don't think any QB would have been successful given the coaching.  I look at bryce and see what he did last season after his benching. Apparently everyone else looks at Bryce in 2023 and 2025 only. We all see what we want to see.
