Wins and losses are not a QB stat. Look at all the folks defending Bryce here saying it’s not his fault but he has 1 win to his name in the NFL and a ton of losses. Stroud has 7 wins. Will Levis has more wins. Anthony Richardson has the same or more wins and hasn’t played since week 4.

He has it. Dalton is a league average QB. 

We just refuse to play him. So, what would it matter who we bring in?

That doesn't fix the "Bryce or Bust" stance from ownership.

Because The difference will be a whole new staff that did not scout or draft bryce. Thats always a factor no matter what people say, Tepper cant just force a new staff to handcuff themselves to bryce. New coaches will get to evaluate players as they see fit. The competition will be brought in by the new staff, no way they will just bring them in to stand in bryces shadow. They will play if necessary. If this isn't the case then Tepper can forget about bringing in the coach he really wants.
